There is no charge for this service and you will benefit in either case.  If a buyer makes an offer for your note you will know it’s fair market value even if you choose not to sell at the present time.  If your note is declined you will know what it’s problems are and be able to go to work fixing them.

Although it may seem like we ask for a lot of detailed information about your note, it is the minimum required to develop an accurate offer.  If key information is missing the investor will assume it is bad and lower the offer.  It is to your advantage to be as complete and accurate as possible.
